Job Description
The Company
My client is one of China’s leading Architectural practices. They have a very large and talented team located in excellent offices in Guangzhou. They have recently started to develop their Landscape team, and this has been a great success. The landscape studio is currently 15 strong, working in a broad range of sectors including Education, Commercial Offices, Residential and large scale mixed use Masterplanning.
Role
This consultancy will grow again in 2012, and to achieve this growth and keep quality high they are looking to appoint a new Landscape Studio leader. Your remit will be very design focused, the appointed candidate will be responsible for developing concepts, working closely with the Senior Architects. You will also be expected to lead and help develop the junior members of staff.
The Candidate
You will have very strong design skills, and a minimum of twelve years consultancy experience. Previous international and PRC experience is also very desirable. You will also be a strong communicator and enjoy the challenge of managing a team, and delivering high quality work.
