The Company
This client is one of the UK’s most successful multi-disciplinary practices; they have an extremely broad expertise. They carry out work for a very extensive range of clients including private companies, developers and public authorities. Due to continued success in developing their portfolio they are looking to recruit a Planner to join their dynamic office based in Birmingham.
The Role
If you are commercially minded with at least 2 years professional experience this is the perfect opportunity to be part of a talented team, progress your planning career and be involved in complex planning projects.
The role will mainly involve:
• To support the senior staff in the management of large scale planning projects.
• Financial Management
• To represent clients at planning appeals, public inquiries and to represent their interest through the LDF process.
The Candidate
To be successful you will:
• Relevant degree and post graduate qualification with RTPI membership.
• Driving Licence.
• Current understanding of all elements of the planning process.
