The Company
My client is a large environmental company whose strength is the diversity, variety and creative of its people built up over 60 years in consultancy. My client deals with a broad range of skills, which in turn has allowed them to build a comprehensive service portfolio and applied experience in a wide range of markets.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding waste team, playing a key role in waste management. Key roles will include:
• Facility audits, waste operations, landfill design and monitoring, PPC Permitting, Waste Management Licensing.
• Activities will involve working as part of a team, liaison with other professionals, data collection, collation and interpretation, preparation of reports and site work.
The Candidate
To be successful you will:
• Have a BSc/BEng Environmental or Engineering
• Effective Report Writer & Communicator
• Exposure to waste management legislation, waste planning, licensing and permitting either from your academic studies or from work experience.
• Waste Management operations, particularly landfill gas and leachate management, landfill design and construction plus knowledge of waste types would be an advantage.
