Job Description
Our client is a well-recognized international consultancy established since 1954. With nearly 6000 members they offer a broad ranges of Environmental services including waste management. This client continues to expand and an opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Waste Engineer to join their team in Chesterfield.
The role involves a wide range of activities including providing support in relation to the waste management engineering services provided to their clients in both the public and private sectors and overseas. It will involve some fieldwork associated with construction works supervision and environmental monitoring. In addition you will be assisting with and undertaking gas, groundwater and stability risk assessments and computer modelling (including CAD and LSS) and assisting with facility design works.

Skills and experience required:
- Experience in some or all the above tasks
- A graduate engineer with some experience
- Good communications skills
- You will have excellent computer skills
- Good report writing and problem solving skills
- Current driving licence
