My client is a global property services consultancy that extremely well established with one of the best reputations if not the best reputations in the industry. They have offices in the UK, throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Pacific, Africa and the Middle East and are renowned for offering high quality service and offering a premium brand.
The Role
In order to continue this success they need high quality candidates and that is where you come in. They are looking for an experienced, high caliber Associate Director to join their London team.
This is an exciting opportunity that will involve:
• Preparing planning appraisals of land, buildings and concepts
• Contributing for the management of professional teams and co-ordination of their inputs
• Preparing planning applications, including statements
• Undertaking research analysis
• Liasing and negotiating with planning officers, employees of consultant organizations and third parties
• Preparing and making presentations at meetings
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Be MRTPI, MRICS or equivalent qualification
• Have a detailed knowledge of the British Town Planning system
• Have experience of managing projects
• Be detail conscious and accurate
• Thrive under pressure and work to tight dead lines
