My client is a leading independent town planning and urban design consultancy operating throughout Britain. They are passionate about the work that they do with a wide range of clients including private companies, financial institutions, developers, Government, communities and brand operators.
The Role
They are undergoing considerable success and have exciting positions to join in key roles in Manchester.
They are working on a wide range of projects and are looking for talented people to join them in communicating ideas, inspiring growth and contributing creative solutions.
Director
Ideally you will be from the private sector and an experienced planning professional with excellent presentational and communicational skills. You will be able to manage and motivate others and have a record in managing major projects to completion. Ideally you will have business development skills to help drive the business forward.
Senior Planner
This role involves a wide variety of planning work, including major projects and public inquiries. You will bring with you knowledge, experience and commercial awareness along with creativity and a “can do” attitude.
Senior Urban Designer
My client is looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic individual with considerable designing talent and professional knowledge. You will join an existing team and will be creative and able to motivated others involved in the planning and development.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Have relevant experience and qualifications
• Have strong design and drawing skills
• Have good communicational skills
• Have good computer skills – Adobe Creative suite
• Be passionate about what they do
