The Company
My client is a large environmental company whose strength is the diversity, variety and creative of its people built up over 60 years in consultancy. Our client deals with a broad range of skills, which in turn has allowed them to build a comprehensive service portfolio and applied experience in a wide range of markets.
The Role
• You will have a good working knowledge of municipal waste treatment engineering.
• The role will involve the design; procurement and construction of a range of waste facilities on behalf of both private and public sector clients.
• You will be responsible for client communication and managing client relationships effectively in addition to your technical involvement in projects in areas such as recycling, waste management, plant licensing and engineering operations.
The Candidate
To be successful you will:
• BSc Engineering
• MSc Engineering
• Eight years or more experience of waste treatment facility design and operation experience however it will be the breadth and depth rather than the length of your experience which will be assessed.
• Familiarity with waste management legislation as well as planning, licensing or permitting would also be useful as will consultancy experience.
• Valid UK driving Licence
Our clients will consider appointing at Senior Consultant grade for candidates with less experience.
