My client is a large environmental company whose strength is the diversity, variety and creative of its people built up over 60 years in consultancy. Our client deals with a broad range of skills, which in turn has allowed them to build a comprehensive service portfolio and applied experience in a wide range of markets.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established but expanding waste management team.
• You will have a good working knowledge of municipal waste treatment engineering.
• The role will involve the design, procurement and construction of a range of waste facilities on behalf of both private and public sector clients.
• You will be responsible for client communication and managing client relationships effectively.
The Candidate
To be successful you will:
• Have a BSc Engineering
• MSc Engineering
• Familiarity with waste management legislation as well as planning, licensing or permitting would also be useful as will consultancy experience.
• Someone to has gained roughly five years or more experience of waste treatment facility design and operation experience to have the skills and knowledge to be able to undertake this role successfully, but it will be the extent and depth rather than the length of your experience, which will be assessed.
• Valid driving licence
Our client will consider appointing at Principal Consultant grade for candidates with more experience.
