The Company
My client is a global multidisciplinary consultancy with extensive offices located around the world. They have an excellent reputation for the work they do that includes some of the largest waste management projects in the UK, and also for being an excellent company to work for.
The Role
Due to significant success they have exciting positions available for high quality candidates to work in their Scotland offices.
The role will mainly involve:
• Support team members in a range of waste projects including preparation of designs, specifications and drawings, tender documents, contract documents, site supervision and contract management.
• Contribute to the development of the business by putting forward ideas, providing constructive feedback and contributing to meetings and group discussions
• Work with others (including outside of own team) to identify market intelligence that could lead to business development opportunities.
The Candidate
To be successful you will:
• Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge and practical use of NEC and ICE.
• Knowledge of Highway Specifications and practical use of CESWI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly.
• Applicants are required to have a full driving licence
